शत्रुपराजयः। नेच्छत्रुः॒ प्राशं॑ जयाति॒ सह॑मानाभि॒भूर॑सि । प्राशं॒ प्रति॑प्राशो जह्यर॒सान् कृ॑न्वोषधे

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 2.27.1

né́cchatruḥ prā́śaṃ jayāti sáhamānābhíbhūr ási | prā́śaṃ práti-prā́śo jahy arāsā́n kṛṇv oṣadhe ||

Let not the would-be foe prevail over the morsel: thou art the enduring Overpowerer. As counter-morsel against the morsel, smite thou the injurers; make them (powerless), O Herb.
