evam uktvā svayaṁ brahmā vīkṣāṁ cakre pinākinam | nārāyaṇaṁ ca manasā sasmāra parameśvaram | tato nārāyaṇo devo dvābhyāṁ madhye vyavasthitaḥ ||
Narrator (default framework: Varāha-to-Pṛthivī context, not explicit in fragment)
It evidences a Purāṇic strategy of theological synthesis, narratively aligning Brahmā, Viṣṇu (Nārāyaṇa), and Śiva (Pinākin) in a single scene.
No geographic location is mentioned; the verse describes a relational spatial arrangement (between two deities).
Implicitly, it emphasizes mental recollection (manasā smaraṇa) and coordinated leadership in resolving collective threats.
