आ हर्यताय धृष्णवे धनुस्तन्वन्ति पौंस्यम् । शुक्रां वयन्त्यसुराय निर्णिजं विपामग्रे महीयुवः ॥

Transliteration

ā́ haryatáya dhṛṣṇáve dhánus tanvanti paúṃsyam | śukrā́ṃ vayanty ásurāya nírṇijaṃ vipā́m ágre mahīyúvaḥ ||

Translation

เพื่อผู้เป็นที่รักและห้าวหาญนั้น เขาทั้งหลายขึงคันศรแห่งพลังบุรุษไว้; เพื่ออำนาจอันเป็นเจ้า (asura) เขาทั้งหลายทออาภรณ์อันสุกใส (nirṇij) — ณ แนวหน้าของวาจาอันดลใจ (vipā) — ผู้ที่ยกย่องให้พระองค์ยิ่งใหญ่เหล่านั้น.
