Sukta 9.97
प्र काव्यमुशनेव ब्रुवाणो देवो देवानां जनिमा विवक्ति । महिव्रतः शुचिबन्धुः पावकः पदा वराहो अभ्येति रेभन् ॥
prá kā́vyam uśánā-iva bruvāṇó devó devā́nāṃ jánimā vivakti | mahí-vrataḥ śúci-bandhuḥ pāvakáḥ padā́ varā́ho abhí eti rébhan ||
ท่านกล่าวถ้อยคำกวีอันดลใจดุจอุศนา (Uśanā); เทพองค์นี้เผยการบังเกิดของเหล่าเทพทั้งหลาย ผู้มีปณิธานยิ่งใหญ่ ผู้ผูกพันกับความบริสุทธิ์ ผู้ชำระให้ผ่องใส—ขับสวดอยู่—ก้าวรุดหน้าเหมือนหมูป่าด้วยย่างก้าวของตน ทะลวงอุปสรรคไปสู่จุดหมาย.
