प्र सोम मधुमत्तमो राये अर्ष पवित्र आ । मदो यो देववीतमः ॥
Transliteration
prá soma mádhumattamo rāyé arṣa pavítra ā́ | mádo yó devavī́tamaḥ ||
Translation
จงก้าวไปเถิด โสมะผู้เปี่ยมด้วยความรื่นรมย์ดุจน้ำผึ้งยิ่งนัก จงไหลเข้าสู่เครื่องกรอง (pavitra) เพื่อทรัพย์สมบัติ—รายิ (Rayi) เพราะนี่คือความปีติ (mada) ที่สามารถนำพลังของเทพทั้งหลายมาเป็นของเราได้ยิ่งที่สุด.
