त्वं समुद्रिया अपोऽग्रियो वाच ईरयन् । पवस्व विश्वमेजय ॥
Transliteration
tváṃ samudriyā́ apó ’griyó vā́ca ī́rayan | pávasva víśvam-ejaya ||
Translation
ท่านผู้เป็นปฐม ผู้กวนไกวสายน้ำดุจมหาสมุทร (āpaḥ) ให้เคลื่อนไหว และทำให้วาจาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ (Vāc) เริ่มดำเนิน; จงชำระตนให้บริสุทธิ์ และทำให้สรรพภาวะทั้งมวลสั่นสะท้านตื่นขึ้นเถิด.
