सुतासो मधुमत्तमाः सोमा इन्द्राय मन्दिनः । पवित्रवन्तो अक्षरन्देवान्गच्छन्तु वो मदाः ॥
Transliteration
sutā́so mádhumattamāḥ sómā índrāya mándinaḥ | pavítravanto akṣaran devā́n gacchantu vo mádāḥ ||
Translation
โสมะ (Soma) ที่บีบคั้นแล้ว ผู้หวานชื่นยิ่ง ผู้ทำให้อินทระ (Indra) รื่นรมย์ จงไหลไปพร้อมเครื่องกรองชำระ (pavitra); ขอให้ความปีติเมามาย (mada) ของท่านทั้งหลายไปถึงเหล่าเทวะ.
