त्वामिद्वृत्रहन्तम सुतावन्तो हवामहे । यदिन्द्र मृळयासि नः ॥
Transliteration
tvā́m íd vṛtrahantama sutā́vanto havāmahe | yád indra mṛḷáyāsi naḥ ||
Translation
พวกเราผู้คั้นโสมะ (Soma) แล้ว ขอน้อมเรียกท่านโดยแท้—ผู้พิฆาตวฤตระ (Vṛtra) อันยิ่งยวด; โอ้ อินทรา หากท่านทรงเมตตาและโปรดปรานแก่พวกเรา.
