Sukta 8.47
आदित्या अव हि ख्यताधि कूलादिव स्पशः । सुतीर्थमर्वतो यथानु नो नेषथा सुगमनेहसो व ऊतयः सुतयो व ऊतयः ॥
ādityā́ áva hí khyátādhi kū́lād iva spáśaḥ | su-tī́rtham árvato yáthā́nu no neṣathā su-gám anehasaḥ vo ūtáyaḥ su-ūtáyaḥ vo ūtáyaḥ ||
โออาทิตยะทั้งหลาย (Ādityas) โปรดทอดพระเนตรลงมา—ดุจผู้เฝ้าดูจากตลิ่งแม่น้ำ—และโปรดนำเราไป ดังผู้จูงม้า นำเราไปสู่ท่าข้ามอันดี สู่ทางผ่านอันราบรื่น. ขอความเกื้อกูลอันไม่ก่อโทษของท่านทั้งหลาย ความเกื้อกูลอันดีงาม จงสถิตกับเรา.
