यदग्ने दिविजा अस्यप्सुजा वा सहस्कृत । तं त्वा गीर्भिर्हवामहे ॥
Transliteration
yád agne divi-jā́ ásy apsu-jā́ vā sahas-kṛta | táṃ tvā gī́rbhir havāmahe ||
Translation
ไม่ว่าโออัคนี ท่านจะบังเกิดในสวรรค์ หรือบังเกิดในน่านน้ำ—โอผู้เป็นพลังที่หล่อหลอมด้วยฤทธิ์เดช—เราทั้งหลายขออัญเชิญท่านด้วยบทเพลงอันดลใจ
