बृहद्भिरग्ने अर्चिभिः शुक्रेण देव शोचिषा । भरद्वाजे समिधानो यविष्ठ्य रेवन्नः शुक्र दीदिहि द्युमत्पावक दीदिहि ॥
bṛhád-bhir agne arcí-bhiḥ śukréṇa deva śocíṣā | bháradvāje samidhānó yaviṣṭhya reván naḥ śukra dīdihi dyumát pāvaka dīdihi ||
อัคนีเอ๋ย ด้วยเปลวเพลิงอันยิ่งใหญ่ของท่าน ด้วยเปลวสว่างอันบริสุทธิ์และเป็นทิพย์ของท่าน ผู้ถูกจุดขึ้นท่ามกลางเหล่าภารทวาชะ โอ้ผู้เยาว์ที่สุด—จงส่องประกายแก่เราอย่างอุดม โอ้ผู้สว่างไสว จงส่องประกาย โอ้ผู้ชำระให้บริสุทธิ์ผู้เรืองรอง จงส่องประกาย
