Sukta 6.44
इदं त्यत्पात्रमिन्द्रपानमिन्द्रस्य प्रियममृतमपायि । मत्सद्यथा सौमनसाय देवं व्यस्मद्द्वेषो युयवद्व्यंहः ॥
idáṃ tyát pā́tram indra-pā́nam índrasya priyám amṛ́tam apāyi | mátsad yáthā saumanasā́ya deváṃ vy àsmád dveṣó yuyávad vy à́ṃhaḥ ||
ถ้วยนี้—สำหรับการดื่มของอินทระ—ความเป็นอมฤตอันเป็นที่รักของอินทระ ได้ถูกดื่มแล้ว. ขอให้มันทำให้พระองค์เมามัน เพื่อความผ่องใสแห่งจิตต่อเทวะ; และขอให้มันขับไล่ความชังออกจากเรา ขับไล่ความคับแค้นและอัมหะ (บาป/ความผิดพลาด) ออกไป.
