Sukta 6.40
आ याहि शश्वदुशता ययाथेन्द्र महा मनसा सोमपेयम् । उप ब्रह्माणि शृणव इमा नोऽथा ते यज्ञस्तन्वे वयो धात् ॥
ā́ yāhi śáśvad uśatā́ yayā́théndra mahā́ mánasā soma-péyam | úpa bráhmāṇi śṛṇava imā́ no ’áthā te yajñás tanvé váyo dhāt ||
จงมาเถิด ดังที่มาเสมอมา ตามหนทางที่ท่านพึงใจ อินทระเอ๋ย ด้วยจิตอันกว้างใหญ่ จงมาสู่การดื่มโสมะ ขอท่านจงสดับถ้อยคำดลใจของเรานี้—พราหมณ์ (brahman) —ใกล้ชิด แล้วขอให้ยัญญะของท่านบรรจุพลังและความเจริญลงในกายแห่งการปรากฏของท่านเอง
