Sukta 4.38
उत स्य वाजी सहुरिॠतावा शुश्रूषमाणस्तन्वा समर्ये । तुरं यतीषु तुरयन्नृजिप्योऽधि भ्रुवोः किरते रेणुमृञ्जन् ॥
utá syá vājī́ sáhurir ṛtá-vā śuśrū́ṣamāṇas tanvā̀ samaryé | túraṃ yatī́ṣu turáyan ṛjipyó 'dhí bhrúvoḥ kirate reṇúm ṛñján ||
และอีกทั้งวีรบุรุษผู้เป็นม้าศึก (vājī) นี้ อดทนแข็งแกร่ง เป็นผู้ทรงไว้ซึ่ง ṛta (ระเบียบแห่งสัจธรรม) และด้วยกายของตนใฝ่หาศึกสงคราม—เขาเร่งเร้าความเร็วท่ามกลางการเคลื่อนพล; ผู้มีอวัยวะตรงแน่วแน่เมื่อพุ่งทะยาน ก็สาดฝุ่นขึ้นเหนือคิ้ว ย้อมตนด้วยฝุ่นนั้นเอง.
