शृङ्गाणीवेच्छृङ्गिणां सं ददृश्रे चषालवन्तः स्वरवः पृथिव्याम् । वाघद्भिर्वा विहवे श्रोषमाणा अस्माँ अवन्तु पृतनाज्येषु ॥
śṛṅgā́ṇīvecchṛṅgíṇāṃ sáṃ dadṛśre caṣā́lavantaḥ sváravaḥ pṛthivyā́m | vāghádbhir vā viháve śróṣamāṇā asmā́m avantu pṛtanā́jyeṣu ||
ดุจเขาของผู้มีเขาที่เห็นพร้อมกันเป็นคู่เป็นแถว—บนแผ่นดินนี้ ผู้ทรง caṣāla และผู้ก้องเสียง “svar” ปรากฏ. ไม่ว่าจะอยู่กับหมู่นักขับ หรือในเสียงเรียกเชิญวิงวอน ขอให้ท่านทั้งหลายทรงสดับ แล้วคุ้มครองเราในศึกชิงความเป็นใหญ่.
