Transliteration
vārtrá-hatyāya śávase pṛtanā-ṣā́hyāya ca | índra tvā vartayāmasi ||
Translation
เพื่อสังหารผู้ปกปิดคือวฤตระ (Vṛtra) เพื่อฤทธิ์เดช และเพื่อชัยชนะในศึกทั้งหลาย—โอ้อินทระ เราปลุกเร้าให้พระองค์เคลื่อนไหว หันมาสู่เรา.
