Transliteration

ágné vṛdhāná āhútiṃ puroḷā́śaṃ jātavedāḥ | juṣásva tiró-ahnyam ||

Translation

โอ อัคนี ผู้ทวีฤทธิ์; โอ ชาตเวทัส (Jātavedas) โปรดทรงยินดีรับเครื่องบูชาที่ถวาย—ขนมบูชา (puroḍāśa) ที่ปั้นเป็นรูปแล้ว—และเสวยเครื่องบูชานี้ซึ่งพาเราข้ามพ้นวันธรรมดาเข้าสู่ความกว้างใหญ่ศักดิ์สิทธิ์.
