अग्ने अपां समिध्यसे दुरोणे नित्यः सूनो सहसो जातवेदः । सधस्थानि महयमान ऊती ॥

Transliteration

agne apā́m sám idhyase duroṇé nítyaḥ sū́no sahaso jā́tavedāḥ | sadhásthāni maháyamāna ūtī́ ||

Translation

โอ้ อัคนี ท่านถูกจุดให้ลุกโพลงในเรือน ท่ามกลางสายน้ำ; ผู้เป็นนิจนิรันดร์ โอ้บุตรแห่งพลัง ผู้รู้กำเนิดทั้งหลาย (ชาตเวทัส) ท่านทรงทำให้ที่นั่งร่วมแห่งการดำรงอยู่ยิ่งใหญ่ขึ้น และทรงแผ่ขยายมันด้วยการคุ้มครองและการเกื้อหนุนของท่าน
