अग्निमुषसमश्विना दधिक्रां व्युष्टिषु हवते वह्निरुक्थैः । सुज्योतिषो नः शृण्वन्तु देवाः सजोषसो अध्वरं वावशानाः ॥

Transliteration

agním uṣásam aśvínā dadhikrā́ṃ vyùṣṭiṣu havate váhnir ukthaíḥ | sujyótiṣo naḥ śṛṇvantu devā́ḥ sajóṣaso adhvaráṃ vāvaśānā́ḥ ||

Translation

ยามรุ่งอรุณแตกพร่าง ผู้แบกพา (ผู้ประกอบพิธี) เรียกด้วยบทสรรเสริญ อัคนี อุษัส (Uṣas) อัศวินาทั้งคู่ (Aśvinā) และทัธิกราวัน (Dadhikrāvan). ขอเหล่าเทพผู้มีแสงอันดีงามจงสดับเรา—พร้อมเพรียงยินยอมร่วมกัน กระหายต่อหนทางแห่งยัญพิธีและการก้าวหน้าไปข้างหน้า.
