स त्वं नो रायः शिशीहि मीढ्वो अग्ने सुवीर्यस्य । तुविद्युम्न वर्षिष्ठस्य प्रजावतोऽनमीवस्य शुष्मिणः ॥
Transliteration
sá tváṃ no rāyáḥ śiśīhi mī́ḍhvo agne su-vī́ryasya | tuví-dyumna várṣiṣṭhasya prajā́vato 'namī́vasya śuṣmíṇaḥ ||
Translation
ฉะนั้น โอ อัคนี (Agni) ผู้เอื้อเฟื้อ โปรดลับคมให้แก่เราซึ่งทรัพย์แห่งพลังวีรบุรุษอันแท้จริง—อุดมด้วยรัศมี โปรยพรมความเพิ่มพูนยิ่งที่สุด มีบุตรหลานมาก ปราศจากภัยพิบัติ และเปี่ยมด้วยเดชานุภาพ
