Transliteration
tvā́ṃ yajñéṣv ṛtvíjam agne hótāram īḷate | gopā́ ṛtásya dīdihi své damé ||
Translation
ในบรรดายัญญะทั้งหลาย เขาทั้งหลายแสวงหาและสรรเสริญท่าน อัคนีเอ๋ย—ในฐานะฤตวิช (ṛtvij) ปุโรหิตตามกาล และในฐานะโหตฤ (Hotṛ) ผู้เชื้อเชิญ จงส่องประกายเถิดในเรือนของท่านเอง เป็นผู้พิทักษ์ฤตะ (ṛta: สัจจะและระเบียบจักรวาล)
