Transliteration
táṃ yajñáṃ barhíṣi práukṣan púruṣaṃ jātám agratáḥ | téna devā́ ayajanta sā́dhyā ṛ́ṣayaś ca yé ||
Translation
ยัญญะนั้น พวกเขาพรมลงบนที่ปูหญ้าศักดิ์สิทธิ์ (barhis) คือปุรุษะ (Puruṣa) ผู้บังเกิดขึ้นก่อนสรรพสิ่ง ด้วยยัญญะนั้น เหล่าเทพได้ประกอบพิธี และเหล่าสาธยะ (Sādhyā) กับฤๅษี (ṛṣi) ทั้งหลายก็ประกอบด้วย
