matsvā́ suśipra mandíbhiḥ stómebhir viśvacarṣaṇe | sacā́ eṣú sávanéṣv ā́ ||

Translation

โอ ผู้มีริมฝีปากงาม จงเมามายด้วยความรื่นรมย์ด้วยพลังอันปลาบปลื้มของเราและด้วยบทสรรเสริญ; โอ ผู้เห็นทั่ว ผู้ปกครองหมู่ชน จงมาสมานร่วมกับการคั้น (โสมะ) เหล่านี้ ณ ที่นี่.
