ā́ daivyā́ni vratā́ cikitvā́n ā́ mā́nuṣasya jánasya jánma ॥
Translation
เมื่อรู้แจ้งกฎศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของเทพทั้งหลาย (vratá) เขาย่อมเข้ามาสู่การเกิดของหมู่มนุษย์—ก้าวสู่ท่ามกลางความเป็นไปของเรา เพื่อหล่อหลอมมันด้วยระเบียบแห่งเทพ.
