Sukta 1.59
मूर्धा दिवो नाभिरग्निः पृथिव्या अथाभवदरती रोदस्योः । तं त्वा देवासोऽजनयन्त देवं वैश्वानर ज्योतिरिदार्याय ॥
mūrdhā́ divó nā́bhir agníḥ pṛthivyā́ áthābhavad aratíḥ ródasyoḥ | táṃ tvā devā́so 'janayanta deváṃ vaiśvā́nara jyótir íd ā́ryāya ||
อัคนีกลายเป็นเศียรแห่งสวรรค์ และเป็นสะดือแห่งแผ่นดิน; แล้วท่านก็ตั้งอยู่ระหว่างสองโลก เป็นผู้ขับเคลื่อนอันกระฉับกระเฉง. เหล่าเทพได้ให้กำเนิดท่านผู้เป็นเทพ—โอ ไวศวานระ—ท่านคือแสงสว่างแท้จริงเพื่อผู้แสวงหาของอารยะ (Ārya).
