याभिः कण्वमभिष्टिभिः प्रावतं युवमश्विना । ताभिः ष्वस्माँ अवतं शुभस्पती पातं सोममृतावृधा ॥

yā́bhiḥ kaṇváṃ abhiṣṭí-bhiḥ prá ā́vatam yuvám aśvinā | tā́bhiḥ sú asmā́n avatam śúbhaḥ patī pātáṃ sómam ṛtā-vṛdhā ||

ด้วยพลังแห่งการช่วยเหลืออันฉับไวเหล่านั้น ซึ่งท่านทั้งสอง โออัศวิน ได้คุ้มครองกัณวะและนำเขาให้ก้าวไปสู่ความปลอดภัย ด้วยพลังเดียวกันนั้น ขอจงคุ้มครองพวกเราด้วยเถิด โอเจ้าแห่งความผาสุกอันรุ่งเรือง และจงดื่มโสมะเถิด ผู้เพิ่มพูนฤตะ (ṛta)
