Sukta 1.141
उत नः सुद्योत्मा जीराश्वो होता मन्द्रः शृणवच्चन्द्ररथः । स नो नेषन्नेषतमैरमूरोऽग्निर्वामं सुवितं वस्यो अच्छ ॥
utá naḥ su-dyótmā jīrā́śvo hótā mandráḥ śṛṇavac candrá-rathaḥ | sá no néṣan néṣa-tamaiḥ amū́ro 'gnír vā́maṃ su-vitáṃ vásyo áccha ||
และขอให้โหตฤ (Hotar) ของเรา ผู้ส่องสว่างด้วยเปลวเพลิง ผู้มีม้าเร็ว ผู้รื่นเริง ผู้มีรถศึกอันเรืองรอง ได้สดับเราเถิด. ขออัคนี (Agni) ผู้ไม่หลงผิด นำเราไปโดยผู้นำที่ประเสริฐที่สุด สู่หนทางอันเป็นที่รักและเป็นมงคล สู่ความดีอันยิ่งกว่า.
