गुदा॑ आसन्त्सिनीवा॒ल्याः सू॒र्याया॒स्त्वच॑मब्रुवन्। उ॒त्था॒तुर॑ब्रुवन् प॒द ऋ॑ष॒भं यदक॑ल्पयन्

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 9.4.14

gudā́ āsan sinīvālyā́ḥ sū́ryāyās tvácam abruvan | utthātúr abruvan padá ṛṣabháṃ yád akalpayan ||

The anus-parts were Sinīvālī’s; the skin, they said, was Sūryā’s. Of the Uprising One they spake the feet, when they fashioned the Bull aright.

เขาทั้งหลายกล่าวว่า “ส่วนทวารหนัก (gudā) เป็นของสินีวาลี (Sinīvālī); ส่วนผิวหนังเป็นของสุริยา (Sūryā).” และเมื่อเขาทั้งหลายประกอบสร้างโคผู้ (ṛṣabha) ให้ถูกต้องแล้ว ก็กล่าวถึงเท้าของ “ผู้ลุกขึ้น” ด้วยเช่นกัน.
