वि जि॑हीष्व बार्हत्सामे॒ गर्भ॑स्ते॒ योनि॒मा श॑याम्। अदु॑ष्टे दे॒वाः पु॒त्रं सो॑म॒पा उ॑भया॒विन॑म्

IAST Transliteration

ví jihīṣva bārhatsāme gárbhas té yóniṁ ā́ śayām | áduṣṭe devā́ḥ putráṁ somapā́ ubhayā́vinam ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Open thou forth, O Bārhat-sāman: may thine embryo lie down within the womb. O unhurt one, may the Soma-drinking gods (grant) a son, endowed with both prosperities.

จงเปิดออกเถิด โอบารหัต-สามัน (Bārhat-sāman); ขอให้ครรภ์ของท่านเอนพักอยู่ภายในโยนิ (yoni). โอ้ผู้ไม่ถูกทำร้าย ขอให้เหล่าเทพผู้ดื่มโสมะ (Soma) ประทานบุตรชายผู้มีความรุ่งเรืองทั้งสองประการ
