อถรรพเวท 20.43 เป็นอินทรสูคตะสั้นกระชับ ที่ผสานพลังทำลายศัตรูเข้ากับการกู้คืนและดึงดูดทรัพย์สมบัติ บทสวดบัญชาให้อินทราทรงทุบทำลายผู้เกลียดชังและอำนาจกดขี่ ให้ทรงนำของมีค่ากลับคืนมาแม้ถูกซ่อนไว้ในโพรงหรือในที่หินแข็ง และประทาน “ทรัพย์อันเป็นที่ปรารถนา” เป็นผลแน่นอนหลังชัยชนะ

भि॒न्धि विश्वा॒ अप॒ द्विषः॒ परि॒ बाधो॑ ज॒ही मृधः॑ । वसु॑ स्पा॒र्हं तदा भ॑र
จงทุบทำลายและขับไล่ผู้เกลียดชังทั้งปวง จงโค่นล้มการกดขี่รอบด้าน จงสังหารความเป็นศัตรูและภัยร้าย แล้วจงนำทรัพย์อันน่าปรารถนาและความมั่งคั่งมาสู่ที่นี่.

यद् वी॒लावि॑न्द्र॒ यत् स्थि॒रे यत् पर्शा॑ने॒ परा॑भृतम्। वसु॑ स्पा॒र्हं तदा भ॑र
โอ้อินทระ ทรัพย์ใดอยู่ในโพรง ทรัพย์ใดอยู่ในที่มั่นคง ทรัพย์ใดในพื้นหินถูกฉกฉวยพาไป—ขอท่านจงนำทรัพย์อันน่าปรารถนานั้นกลับมาโดยพลัน.

यस्य॑ ते वि॒श्वमा॑नुषो॒ भूरे॑र्द॒त्तस्य॒ वेद॑ति । वसु॑ स्पा॒र्हं तदा भ॑र
ผู้ใดรู้จักทานอันอุดมของท่าน ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้กันในหมู่มนุษย์ทั้งปวง—เมื่อนั้น ขอท่านจงนำทรัพย์อันเป็นที่ปรารถนา (Vasu) มาเถิด
To break hostile opposition (enemies, oppression, conflicts) and then compel the return or arrival of desirable wealth, including goods that are hidden or carried off.
The refrain “vasu spārhaṃ tadā bhara” acts as a ritual seal: after Indra removes obstacles, the mantra repeatedly fixes the intended result—bringing the coveted wealth here.
