पू॒षा त्वे॒तश्च्या॑वयतु॒ प्र वि॒द्वानन॑ष्टपशु॒र्भुव॑नस्य गो॒पाः । स त्वै॒तेभ्यः॒ परि॑ ददत् पि॒तृभ्यो॒ऽग्निर्दे॒वेभ्यः॑ सुविद॒त्रिये॑भ्यः

pūṣā́ tvétác cyā́vayatu prá vidvā́n anaṣṭapaśúr bhúvanasya gopā́ḥ | sá tvā́ etébhyaḥ pári dadat pitṛ́bhyo ’gnír devébhyaḥ suvidátriyébhyaḥ

May Pūṣan, knowing well, the Guardian of the world whose cattle are not lost, set thee forward on this way. He, delivering thee hence, consigneth thee unto the Fathers; and Agni (consigneth thee) unto the Gods, the bounteous bestowers.

ขอให้ปูษัน (Pūṣan) ผู้รู้แจ้ง ผู้พิทักษ์โลก ผู้ซึ่งฝูงโคไม่สูญหาย จงผลักดันท่านให้ก้าวไปบนหนทางนี้. เขานำท่านจากที่นี่ไปมอบแก่บรรพชน (Pitṛ); และอัคนี (มอบท่าน) แด่เหล่าเทพ ผู้ประทานอันเอื้อเฟื้อ.
