पवस्व सोम दिव्येषु धामसु सृजान इन्दो कलशे पवित्र आ । सीदन्निन्द्रस्य जठरे कनिक्रदन्नृभिर्यतः सूर्यमारोहयो दिवि ॥

Transliteration

pávasva soma divyéṣu dhā́masu sṛjāná indo kalaśé pavítra ā́ | sī́dann índrasya jaṭháre kánikradan nṛ́bhir yatáḥ sū́ryam ā́rohayo diví ||

Translation

హే సోమా, దివ్య ధామాలలో నిన్ను నీవే పవిత్రం చేసుకో; విడుదలై, హే ఇందూ, కలశంలో—పవిత్రంలో (వడకట్టులో)—ప్రవేశించు. ఇంద్రుని జఠరంలో కూర్చొని, ఘోషిస్తూ, మానవ శక్తులచే ఆధారితుడై, నీవు దివిలో సూర్యుని आरोహింపజేశావు.
