Sukta 4.27
अव यच्छ्येनो अस्वनीदध द्योर्वि यद्यदि वात ऊहुः पुरंधिम् । सृजद्यदस्मा अव ह क्षिपज्ज्यां कृशानुरस्ता मनसा भुरण्यन् ॥
áva yác chyéno ásvanīd ádha dyór ví yád yádi vātá ūhúḥ puráṃdhim | sr̥jád yád as्मā́ áva ha kṣipáj jyā́ṃ kr̥śā́nur ástā mánasā bhuraṇyán ||
శ్యేనుడు కిందికి దూకినప్పుడు, అలాగే ద్యులోక వాయువులు పురంధిని ఊగదోలినప్పుడు, అతనికోసం దానిని విడిచిపెడుతూ, ధనుర్ధరుడు కృశాను విల్లు జ్యాను కింద పడేశాడు; కానీ శ్యేనుడు, మనస్సు యొక్క వేగమైన మలుపుతో దూసుకెళ్లి, ఆనంద-ధనాన్ని కోల్పోలేదు.
