Sukta 4.2
इह त्वं सूनो सहसो नो अद्य जातो जाताँ उभयाँ अन्तरग्ने । दूत ईयसे युयुजान ऋष्व ऋजुमुष्कान्वृषणः शुक्राँश्च ॥
ihá tvaṃ sū́no sáhaso no adyá jātó jātā́ṃ ubháyāṃ antár agne | dūtá īyase yuyujānó ṛṣva ṛju-muṣkā́n vṛ́ṣaṇaḥ śukrā́ṃś ca ||
ఇక్కడ, ఓ సహసుని కుమారుడైన అగ్నీ, నేడు మా కొరకు జన్మించినవాడా, రెండు జన్మల (రెండు లోకాల) మధ్య ప్రవేశించుము. దూతగా నీవు సాగుతావు—ఉన్నత తేజస్సులను యోగపరచుతూ—బలవంతుడవై, సూటిగా నడిపింపబడే వాడవై, శుక్లప్రభతో దీప్తిమంతుడవై.
