Transliteration

prāpya varṣa-sahasrāṇi bahūny āyūṃṣi jīvataḥ | jīrṇasyāsya śarīrasya viśrāntim abhirocaye || 2.2.8 ||

Translation

అనేక సహస్ర సంవత్సరాలు, అనేక ఆయుష్కాలాలు జీవించి, ఈ శరీరం ఇప్పుడు జీర్ణమైంది; అందువల్ల నాకు విశ్రాంతి కావలెనని అనిపిస్తోంది।
