आ सुष्टुती नमसा वर्तयध्यै द्यावा वाजाय पृथिवी अमृध्रे । पिता माता मधुवचाः सुहस्ता भरेभरे नो यशसावविष्टाम् ॥

Transliteration

ā́ suṣṭutī́ námasā vartayádhyai dyā́vā vājā́ya pṛthivī́ amṛ́dhre | pitā́ mātā́ mádhuvacāḥ suhástā bháre-bhare no yaśásā́v aviṣṭām ||

Translation

ஹே த்யாவா-பிருதிவீ, வாஜ (வலமும் செழிப்பும்) பெற வணக்கத்துடன் நல்ல ஸ்துதி இயக்கம் பெறுக. ஹே அம்ருத்ர (தடையற்ற) தந்தை-தாய், இனிய சொல் உடையவர்களே, திறமையான கைகள் உடையவர்களே, வாழ்வின் ஒவ்வொரு சுமை/யாக-தாங்குதலிலும் புகழுடன் எங்களைப் பாதுகாப்பீராக.
