Sukta 3.21
तुभ्यं श्चोतन्त्यध्रिगो शचीवः स्तोकासो अग्ने मेदसो घृतस्य । कविशस्तो बृहता भानुनागा हव्या जुषस्व मेधिर ॥
túbhyaṃ ścotanty adhrigo śacīvaḥ stokā́so agne médaso ghṛtásya | kavíśasto bṛhatā́ bhānúnāgā havyā́ juṣasva medhira ||
ஏ சசீவன், ஏ அத்ரிகு (உறுதியானவன்), ஏ அக்னியே! உனக்காக மேதஸ் (சாரம்) மற்றும் க்ருதத்தின் ஸ்தோகங்கள் (துளிகள்) சொட்டுகின்றன. கவியின் ஸ்துதியால், பெரும் பானு (ஒளி) உடன் வா; ஏ மேதிர (ஞானமிக்க ஒழுங்குபடுத்துபவன்), ஹவ்யங்களை ஏற்று எங்கள் அந்தர்யாகத்தைப் பலிக்கச் செய்.
