या ग्रैव्या॑ अप॒चितोऽथो॒ या उ॑पप॒क्ष्याः । वि॒जाम्नि॒ या अ॑प॒चितः॑ स्वयं॒स्रसः॑
yā́ graivyā́ apacító ’tho yā́ upapakṣyā́ḥ | vijā́mni yā́ apacítaḥ svayáṁ-srasaḥ
Whether the swellings be of the neck, or whether they be at the side, whether at the shoulder-joint—what swellings there are, let them be self-loosening, falling away of themselves.
கழுத்தில் உள்ள கிரைவ்யா (கழுத்துச்) அபசித (வீக்கம்) ஆகட்டும், பக்கத்தில்/கக்கத்தில் உள்ள உபபக்ஷ்யாஃ ஆகட்டும்; தோள்சந்தி (விஜாம்னி) யில் உள்ள அபசித ஆகட்டும்—அந்த எல்லா வீக்கங்களும் தாமே தளர்ந்து, தாமே உதிர்ந்து அகலட்டும்.
