इच्छन्ति देवाः सुन्वन्तं न स्वप्नाय स्पृहयन्ति । यन्ति प्रमादमतन्द्राः ॥
Transliteration
icchánti devā́ḥ sunvántam ná svápnāya spṛhayanti | yánti pramā́dam atándrāḥ ||
Translation
ଦେବମାନେ ସୋମ ପିଷୁଥିବା (ସୁନ୍ୱନ୍ତ) କୁ ଇଚ୍ଛନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ନିଦ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଲାଲସା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ଅତନ୍ଦ୍ର ହୋଇ, ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରମାଦ ଦିଗକୁ ନୁହେଁ, ଜାଗୃତ ଅଧିପତ୍ୟର ଅବସ୍ଥା ଦିଗକୁ ଗତି କରନ୍ତି।
