ମୟୋଭୂର୍ ବାତ ଉଷ୍ରା—ରକ୍ତିମ ଆଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ—ବହୁ; ଊର୍ଜସ୍ୱତୀ ଔଷଧିମାନେ ସୁବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଉନ୍ତୁ। ପୀବସ୍ୱତୀ, ଜୀବଧନ୍ୟ ବନସ୍ପତିମାନେ (ରସ-ଶ୍ୱାସକୁ) ପାନ କରୁନ୍ତୁ; ଆମ ଅବସାୟ—କ୍ଷେମ—ପାଇଁ, ହେ ରୁଦ୍ର, ପଦ୍ୱତ—ପଥର ଅଧିପତି—କୃପାଳୁ ହୁଅ।

याः सरूपा विरूपा एकरूपा यासामग्निरिष्ट्या नामानि वेद । या अङ्गिरसस्तपसेह चक्रुस्ताभ्यः पर्जन्य महि शर्म यच्छ ॥
ଯେ ଔଷଧିମାନେ ରୂପରେ ସଦୃଶ, ବିରୂପ, ଏବଂ ଏକ ମୂଳ ରୂପବତୀ—ଯାହାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଅଗ୍ନି ଇଷ୍ଟି (ଯଜ୍ଞବିଧି) ଦ୍ୱାରା ଜାଣେ; ଏବଂ ଯାହାକୁ ଅଙ୍ଗିରସ ଋଷିମାନେ ଏଠାରେ ତପସା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଗଢ଼ିଥିଲେ—ହେ ପର୍ଜନ୍ୟ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମହାନ ଶର୍ମ, ଆଶ୍ରୟଦାୟକ ଶାନ୍ତି ଦିଅ।
