अपाधमदभिशस्तीरशस्तिहाथेन्द्रो द्युम्न्याभवत् । देवास्त इन्द्र सख्याय येमिरे बृहद्भानो मरुद्गण ॥

Transliteration

ápā dhamad abhíśastīr aśastihā́théndro dyumnyā́bhavat | devā́sta indra sakhyā́ya yemire bṛhád-bhāno marúd-gaṇa ||

Translation

Dia menghembuskan pergi serangan-serangan yang memusuhi, penumpas kegelapan yang tidak terucap; lalu Indra pun menjadi penuh kemuliaan bercahaya. Para dewa berpadu denganmu, wahai Indra, demi persahabatan—wahai yang bersinar luas, bersama pasukan Marut.
