Sukta 7.86
अरं दासो न मीळ्हुषे कराण्यहं देवाय भूर्णयेऽनागाः । अचेतयदचितो देवो अर्यो गृत्सं राये कवितरो जुनाति ॥
áraṃ dā́so ná mīḷhúṣe karāṇy aháṃ devā́ya bhū́rṇaye 'nā́gāḥ | ácetayad acíto devó aryó gṛ́tsaṃ rā́ye kavítaro junāti ||
उदार दात्यासाठी दासासारखा मी योग्य ठरो; मी—अनागाः (निर्दोष)—सर्वांना फिरवून चालविणाऱ्या त्या देवशक्तीसाठी कर्म करीन. आर्य देव अचेताला चेतवितो; आणि अधिक-द्रष्टा कवी गृत्स (उत्सुक साधक) ला रयि—समृद्धी—कडे प्रवृत्त करतो.
