स ते जानाति सुमतिं यविष्ठ य ईवते ब्रह्मणे गातुमैरत् । विश्वान्यस्मै सुदिनानि रायो द्युम्नान्यर्यो वि दुरो अभि द्यौत् ॥
sá te jānāti sumatíṃ yaviṣṭha yá ī́vate bráhmaṇe gātúm áirat | víśvāny asmai sudínāni rāyó dyumnā́ny aryó ví dúro abhí dyaut ||
हे यविष्ठ (अत्यंत तरुण) अग्ने, जो ब्रह्म (पवित्र वाणी) साठी जाण्याचा मार्ग मिळवतो, तो तुझी सुमति (सद्बुद्धीचे मार्गदर्शन) जाणतो. त्याच्यासाठी आर्य-शक्ती प्रकाशते: समृद्धीचे सर्व उज्ज्वल दिवस आणि दीप्तिमान विजय-वैभव, जे द्वारे रुंद उघडतात.
