अपि नौ वशमागच्छेत्कोविदारध्वजो रणे ।
अपि द्रक्ष्यामि भरतं यत्कृते व्यसनं महत् ॥२२॥
त्वया राघव सम्प्राप्तं सीतया च मया तथा ।
api nau vaśam āgacchet kovidāradhvajo raṇe |
api drakṣyāmi bharataṃ yatkṛte vyasanaṃ mahat ||22||
tvayā rāghava samprāptaṃ sītayā ca mayā tathā |
ഹേ രാഘവാ, യുദ്ധത്തിൽ കോവിദാര-ധ്വജധാരിയായ അവൻ നമ്മുടെ അധീനതയിൽ വരുമോ? അവന്റെ കാരണത്താൽ നിനക്കും സീതയ്ക്കും എനിക്കും മഹാവ്യസനം വന്ന ആ ഭരതനെ ഞാൻ കാണുമോ?
