मया॑ गावो॒ गोप॑तिना सचध्वम॒यं वो॑ गो॒ष्ठ इ॒ह पो॑षयि॒ष्णुः । रा॒यस्पोषे॑ण बहु॒ला भव॑न्तीर्जी॒वा जीव॑न्ती॒रुप॑ वः सदेम

máyā gā́vo gopátinā sacadhvam ayáṃ vó goṣṭhá ihá póṣayiṣṇúḥ | rāyás-póṣeṇa bahulā́ bhavantīr jīvá jī́vantīr úpa vaḥ sadema

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

By me, O cows, cleave with the cow-lord: this is your stall, here fostering increase. With the thriving of wealth become ye abundant—alive and living on; near you may we sit in attendance.

Translation

ഹേ പശുക്കളേ, എന്റെ വഴി ഗോപതി (ഗോ-സ്വാമി) യോടു ചേർന്നു നിൽക്കുവിൻ. ഇതാണ് നിങ്ങളുടെ ഗോഷ്ഠം (തൊഴുത്ത്); ഇവിടെ അവൻ പോഷിപ്പിച്ചു വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ. ധന-പോഷണത്താൽ സമൃദ്ധരായി നിങ്ങൾ ധാരാളമാകുവിൻ—ജീവിച്ചും ജീവന്തമായും; നിങ്ങളുടെ സമീപത്ത് ഞങ്ങൾ ഉപസ്ഥിതരായി ഇരിക്കട്ടെ.
