AVŚ 19.51 ഒരു സംക്ഷിപ്ത ഭൈഷജ്യ മന്ത്രമാണ്; ഇന്ദ്രിയങ്ങളെയും പ്രാണവായുക്കളെയും (പ്രാണ, അപാന, വ്യാന) സംകോചം, പീഡനം, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ്ഥാനചലനം മുതലായവ മൂലം ഉണ്ടായ ബന്ധനത്തിൽ നിന്ന് “അഴിച്ചുവിടി” വ്യക്തിയെ വീണ്ടും ഏകീകരിക്കുന്നു; ആത്മാവിനെ സംഘാടക കേന്ദ്രമായി പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു. ഇത് ആന്തരിക സമഗ്രതയുടെ സൂത്രം (ആത്മാവ്–പ്രാണ/അപാന/വ്യാനങ്ങളുടെ ഏകത) ഒരു സാധാരണ യാഗാനുമതി/വിധി-അധികാര വാക്യവുമായി കൂട്ടിചേർത്ത്, ചികിത്സാക്രിയയിൽ ശരീരത്തെ സുരക്ഷിതമായി, ദൈവാനുമതിയോടെ സ്പർശിച്ച് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അധികാരം ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

आत्मा। यु॑तो॒ऽहमयु॑तो म आ॒त्मायु॑तं मे॒ चक्षु॒रयु॑तं मे॒ श्रोत्र॒म॑युतो मे प्रा॒णोऽयु॑तो मे ऽपा॒नोऽयु॑तो मे व्या॒नोऽयु॑तो॒ऽहं सर्वः॑
ആത്മാവ് യുക്തനാകുന്നു; ഞാൻ അനിഷ്ടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അയോഗ്യൻ (വേർപെട്ടവൻ) ആകുന്നു. എന്റെ ആത്മാവ് സുസംവിധിതമാണ്; എന്റെ കണ്ണ് അയോഗ്യം, എന്റെ ചെവി അയോഗ്യം; എന്റെ പ്രാണൻ അയോഗ്യം, അപാനൻ അയോഗ്യം, വ്യാനൻ അയോഗ്യം—ഞാൻ സർവ്വമായി പൂർണ്ണൻ.

ദേവനായ സവിതാവിന്റെ പ്രസവം (പ്രേരണം) കീഴിൽ—പ്രസൂതനായി—ഞാൻ നിന്നെ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു; അശ്വിനികളുടെ രണ്ടു ഭുജങ്ങളാൽ, പൂഷണന്റെ രണ്ടു കൈകളാൽ.
