Sukta 4.1
स त्वं नो अग्नेऽवमो भवोती नेदिष्ठो अस्या उषसो व्युष्टौ । अव यक्ष्व नो वरुणं रराणो वीहि मृळीकं सुहवो न एधि ॥
sá tváṃ no agne’vamó bhavotī́ nédhiṣṭho asyā́ uṣáso vyùṣṭau | áva yakṣva no váruṇaṃ rárāṇo vī́hi mṛḷīkáṃ su-hávo na edhi ||
ດັ່ງນັ້ນ, ຈົ່ງເປັນການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອທີ່ໃກ້ຊິດ ແລະ ເຂົ້າເຖິງໄດ້ທີ່ສຸດໃຫ້ພວກເຮົາ, ອາຄະນີ, ໃກ້ຊິດທີ່ສຸດໃນການແຜ່ຂະຫຍາຍຂອງອຸສານີ້. ຈົ່ງບູຊາວະຣຸນະເພື່ອພວກເຮົາດ້ວຍຄວາມຍິນດີ; ຈົ່ງນໍາເອົາຄວາມເມດມາ, ແລະ ເປັນຜູ້ທີ່ງ່າຍທີ່ຈະເອີ້ນ, ຈົ່ງເຕີບໃຫຍ່ໃນພວກເຮົາ ແລະ ເຮັດໃຫ້ພວກເຮົາເຕີບໃຫຍ່.
