यो व्यंसं जाहृषाणेन मन्युना यः शम्बरं यो अहन्पिप्रुमव्रतम् । इन्द्रो यः शुष्णमशुषं न्यावृणङ्मरुत्वन्तं सख्याय हवामहे ॥
yó vyàṁsaṁ jahṛṣāṇéna manyúnā yáḥ śámbaraṁ yó áhann píprum avratám | índro yáḥ śúṣṇam aśúṣaṁ ny ā́vṛṇan marútvantaṁ sakhyā́ya havāmahe ||
ຜູ້ທີ່ດ້ວຍຄວາມໂກດແຄ້ນທີ່ຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ໄດ້ຕີວຍາມສະ, ຜູ້ທີ່ຕີຊຳບາຣະ, ຜູ້ທີ່ສັງຫາລັດປິປຣຸຜູ້ບໍ່ຍຶດຖືກົດໝາຍ; ອິນທຣະຜູ້ທີ່ກັກຂັງຊຸສນະ ພະລັງແຫ່ງຄວາມແຫ້ງແລ້ງທີ່ກີດກັ້ນ, ອິນທຣະຜູ້ນີ້ພ້ອມດ້ວຍມາຣຸດ ພວກເຮົາເຊີນມາເພື່ອມິດຕະພາບ.
