ಈ ಏಕಮಂತ್ರದ ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕ ಸೂಕ್ತವು “ದೈವಾನುಮೋದನೆ/ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಸಿದ್ಧಿ” ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ: ಯಜಮಾನನಿಗಾಗಿ ದೇವತೆಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ಲಾಭಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿಸಿ ಸ್ಥಿರಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಸವಿತೃನು ಧರ್ಮವಿಧಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೇರಕ ಅನುಮತಿಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ, ಪ್ರಜಾಪತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಮತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ, ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ, ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ಶುಭ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು “ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಿ” ಎಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
