អ្នកស្នងមរតកទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់ទាស គឺសាច់ញាតិរបស់គាត់; បើគ្មានសាច់ញាតិ នោះម្ចាស់/ស្វាមីជាអ្នកស្នង។
